Boost combines vitamins B12, B5 and B6 with amino acids and nutrients including acetyl L-carnitine, L-arginine, L-leucine, methionine, inositol and choline. B vitamins support natural energy production, and choline supports normal liver and cell function.

This little magic bottle has been a life saver. Im carrying it around with me. I take a few sprays in the afternoon when Im feeling tired and it helps keep me going. I dont like needles so getting all of these B vitamins in a spray is great for me. #winning
