Return & Refund Policy
Our medications are ordered and prescribed specifically for each patient and therefore cannot be refunded. We have a no refund policy. If your order arrives damaged during shipping and the product is not usable, please contact our office within 7 days of delivery with proof of the damage, such as photos, and we will mail a replacement. Once a vial is opened and started, you can safely use it until the expiration date listed in your chart and on your patient vial.

IN OFFICE: Typically all medications have an expiration date between 1 to 6 months however each medication varies. Packages and vials cannot and should not be used after the expiration date.
