We have a combination of manual verification steps and technical safeguards in place to ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and to prevent payment from or shipment to jurisdictions where we are not authorized to operate.

Address Verification:
We manually verify both the patient’s physical address and the designated shipping address during the onboarding and order confirmation process. This helps ensure that all prescriptions are dispensed only to patients located in licensed jurisdictions.

Geographic Restrictions:
Our systems are configured to prevent the processing of payments or shipments to states where we are not currently licensed. If a patient enters an address in a restricted state, the platform flags the account and restricts further progress in the checkout or prescription process.

Pharmacy Coordination:
The pharmacies we partner with, including Olympia Pharmacy, are fully aware of the specific states we are authorized to serve. They do not fulfill prescriptions or ship medications to patients in unlicensed jurisdictions. This adds an additional layer of control and accountability.

Ongoing Monitoring:
We regularly review and update our patients addresses and shipping location when we do refills for the patient.
