This antipasto platter or “charcuetrie” (wink wink) is perfect for those avoiding bread but still craving classic Italian flavors! Enjoy it as an appetizer or light meal.

 
Ingredients:

  • Cured meats: Prosciutto, salami, capicola, or soppressata
  • Cheeses: Mozzarella balls, provolone, or Parmigiano-Reggiano (cut into chunks)
  • Olives: Kalamata olives, green olives, or mixed varieties
  • Pickled vegetables: Roasted red peppers, marinated artichokes, or pickled eggplant slices
  • Fresh vegetables: Cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, or radishes
  • Stuffed peppers (optional): Small sweet peppers stuffed with cheese or herbs
  • Herbs: Fresh basil or oregano for garnish
  • Balsamic glaze or olive oil for drizzling (optional)

 
Instructions:

  1. Arrange the meats and cheeses: Lay the cured meats and cheeses in small groups on a platter.
