This antipasto platter or “charcuetrie” (wink wink) is perfect for those avoiding bread but still craving classic Italian flavors! Enjoy it as an appetizer or light meal.
Ingredients:
- Cured meats: Prosciutto, salami, capicola, or soppressata
- Cheeses: Mozzarella balls, provolone, or Parmigiano-Reggiano (cut into chunks)
- Olives: Kalamata olives, green olives, or mixed varieties
- Pickled vegetables: Roasted red peppers, marinated artichokes, or pickled eggplant slices
- Fresh vegetables: Cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, or radishes
- Stuffed peppers (optional): Small sweet peppers stuffed with cheese or herbs
- Herbs: Fresh basil or oregano for garnish
- Balsamic glaze or olive oil for drizzling (optional)
Instructions:
